Flipkart launches ‘2GUD Local’ to bring popular offline retailers and shopping destinations to consumers across India

Kolkata, Dec 04 (UNI) To extend e-commerce benefits to traditional retail businesses, Flipkart's independent value-driven platform, 2GUD has announced the launch of 2GUD Local - Bringing India’s favourite shopping centres online.
The new format will offer offline stores, brands and shopping destinations an opportunity to unlock the benefits of technology and the social commerce hybrid retail model to reach millions of pan India consumers. 2GUD Local will enable local stores (single brand or multi-brand stores and other shopping destinations) and retailers to expand their digital footprint to connect more effectively with their consumers.

Arunachal: BJP candidates ‘set’ for getting elected in 7 Assembly seats 'without contest'

Itanagar, Mar 29 (UNI) In a repeat of previous poll outcomes, the hilly Northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh is ‘set’ to witness seven candidates from ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), including Chief Minister Pema Khandu, getting elected 'unopposed' to the 11th Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh, 'without a contest'.
After ‘complete’ scrutiny of nominations filed for all 60 Assembly Constituencies, including the ‘adjourned’ scrutiny of papers done for Itanagar and Daporijo seats today, altogether seven validly nominated BJP candidates were found to be opponent free, and they are likely to be declared elected unopposed on Saturday after the last date of withdrawal of candidature, Joint Chief Electoral Officer Liken Koyu said.
