Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jan 13 2017 3:30PM Five poll officials missing in Naxal infested MalkangiriBhubaneswar, Jan 13 (UNI) Police have launched a massive search operation to trace out five poll officials and the son of a village head in the cut off area of Naxal infested Chitrakonda block in Malkangiri district following a rumour that they have been abducted by the Maoists.Odisha Home Secretary Asit Tripathy told the media here that five officials—Kamini Kanta Singh (JE), Purusottam Behera, Lingaraj Majhi, P Soren and T Naik (All Panchayat Extension Officer) had gone to cut off area on January 11 last to supervise the Panchayat election and receive nomination papers from the candidates.
