Five mosque trustees booked for disallowing man's burial

Thane, Mar 17 (UNI) Five Trustees of a mosque have been booked for allegedly disallowing the burial of a 64-year-old man, and thereby desecrating his body, police said here on Tuesday.
The accused have been identified as Nazeem Raza, Shamim Raza, Yusuf Raza, Shakil Pani and Mansoor, all of whom, are the Trustees of the Quater Gate Masjid in Bhiwandi town here.
Giving further details of the case he said that one Razzab Ali Hasrat Ali Ansari, 64 of the town passed away on the late night of March 2, the deceased was taken to the graveyard for burial. However, the accused objected saying that the late person belongs to a different sect of Islam.
