Five cops suspended in Deoria

Deoria, Sep 22 (UNI) Five policemen, including a police station In-charge of Khampar, were suspended in this Uttar Pradesh district, police said on Tuesday.
As per the police spokesperson here, the Bhingari Bazar police outpost In-charge of the Khampar station, had recovered 18 boxes of illicit liquor which was being transported to Bihar.
Five policemen, including the outpost In-charge have been accused of only showing the recovery of eight boxes of liquor against the 18 boxes that were actually seized.
