Five arrested for vandalizing ATM in Nashik

Nashik, Sep 21 (UNI) The Indiranagar police on Monday foiled a robbery bid by arresting five suspects, including four minors, for allegedly vandalizing an ATM machine at Pathardi phata area of the city.
Beat marshalls of Indiranagar police station Dinesh Patil and Kisan Gidhade, while on night patrolling duty, saw two suspects fleeing from near Axis Bank's ATM kiosk at Pathardi Phata in wee hours of today at around 0230 hours, so the policemen went to check the ATM kiosk and noticed that the automated teller machine had been vandalized.
The duo immediately informed the control room and asked for help, police said.
