Shimla, Mar 13 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh government Special Leave Petition(SLP) in the Supreme Court likely to come up for first hearing on Mar 18 seeking set-aside National Green Tribunal order imposing ban on the construction in this capital town .
The SLP likely to be listed before division bench mainly comprising of Justice Deepak Gupta on Mar 18 as the state of HP moved recently before the SC seeking set aside the NGT order to impose ban on the construction in November 2016.
State advocate general Mr Ashok Sharma pleading the case along with a special counsel informed that matter likely to come before the division bench on Mar 18 as in the NGT cases Justice Deepak Gupta mainly comprise the bench.
