Fire breaks out at KSRTC workshop

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 24 (UNI) A major fire broke out at the KSRTC Central Workshop at Pappanamcode here on Tuesday.
Police said five fire-fighting units rushed to the spot and doused the fire after 90 minutes. The fire first broke out from a place where the rubber flap collected as waste was stored.
The officials who were on duty also joined to douse the fire which spread to nearby areas. However, the exact reason for the fire was not known. A probe was also initiated to find the reason for the fire and assess the lose due to the accident that happened at the regional workshop of the KSRTC in the City.
