Film production company booked for posting adult movies on their

Palghar, Apr 4 (UNI) The District Rural Police have booked a film
production company on the charge of allegedly posting the adult
movies on their website.
An offence under sections 204 of Indian Penal Code and also sections
13, 14, 15, 21(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences
(POCSO) Act and also sections 67(A) and 67(B) of the IT Act has been
registered against the film production company, police said today.
According to the complaint, the company TSeries had made available
on its website movies certified as 'A' by the Censor Board on its
website, www.tseries.com.
These adult videos and films were certified for theatrical view, but
the company had for its own benefit made it available in public
domain, police said.
These videos and films displayed obscene pictures and dances which
had bad influence on impressionable minds of the children, the
complaint stated.
