Film producer files Habeas Corpus petition alleging wife has detained his children

Mumbai August 18(UNI) A Hindi film producer Mushtaq Nadiadwala filed a Habeas Corpus petition in Bombay High Court alleging his Pakistani wife of detaining his children in Lahore.
In his plea he sought the intervention of the Ministry of External Affairs to facilitate the safe return of his children.
Division bench headed by Justice Nitin Jamdar upon hearing the plea issued a notice to the Union Ministry of External Affairs and adjourned the hearing to August 29.
