Bhubaneswar, Feb 9 (UNI) World No 1 Belgium came-up with dominant performance to beat India 3-2 in a high-voltage match at the on-going FIH Hockey Pro League here on Sunday.
It was goals by Alexander Hendrickx (3'), Maxime Plennevaux (17' & 26') that ensured Belgium's victory while goals by Vivek Sagar Prasad (15'), Amit Rohidas (17') kept India in the hunt till the final hooter.
The win enabled Belgium to keep their top position at the standings with 14 points from six games, while India were placed second with eight points from four matches.
