Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 10 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday demanded that States be allowed to use funds from the State Disaster Relief Fund (SDRF) unconditionally for COVID defence activities, removing the current 25 per cent limit.

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 10 (UNI) Kerala reported 7 deaths due to COVID-19 on Monday whereas 1,184 people tested positive to the virus newly, 784 patients have recovered from the disease and 12,737 patients are under treatment in various districts, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said this evening.
