FC Goa ropes in Sahil Tavora, Fulganco Cardozo

Panaji, Aug 19 (UNI) FC Goa today confirmed the signing of two players from Goa, Sahil Tavora and Fulganco Cardozo, for Season 3 of the Hero Indian Super League.
Local lad Tavora was previously with Dempo and was part of the team that gained promotion to the I-League earlier in the year.
Speaking of his new team, the 21-year-old said, ''I’m delighted at the prospect of signing for the club. This is a team that is led by one of the greats of the game and there is a lot to learn from. It is packed with experienced players and I’m excited at the opportunity of working with them. We have performed consistently well for the past two seasons and we want to achieve the same sort of success this season. I’m looking forward to playing my part in a successful campaign. Being a Goan, to represent FC Goa is a proud moment for me.''
