The SIT headed by DIG RS Khatra on Monday filed charge sheet in the court against 11 persons including Dera head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh and three others of National committee, in the court of Chatin Sharam.
The absconding national committee members against whom arrest warrants have been issued were identified as Sandeep Breta, Pardeep Kalar and Harsh Dhuri.
Seven dera followers were already arrested last week on Saturday, two of them released by the court terming their arrest illegal as they were already on bail by the Mohali court.
