Famers protest enters day 50, Kisan leaders to join ninth round of meeting on Jan 15

New Delhi, Jan 14 (UNI) The farmers’ protest over three farm laws on Thursday entered on Thursday at various entry points of national capital of Delhi region, braving severe cold and dense fog at camping sites.
Amid the uncertainty looming over the next round of the talk with Government, the leaders of the farmer’s unions met at Singhu border under the banner of the Samyukt Kisan Morcha on Thursday and decided to join the proposed meeting on Friday at Vigyan Bhawan.
There was an apprehension following the recent development of setting up a four member committee by the Supreme Court on Tuesday.
