Fake certificate holders got job offer in Tripura

Agartala, Sep 18 (UNI) As many as 60 B.Ed certificates, produced by the candidates selected for the post of graduate teacher in the government schools, have been detected fake by the Tripura Education Department.
The state government had constituted a committee to verify the candidatures and certificates of the candidates who had been offered the posts last months, after it was alleged that the selected candidates possessed fake B Ed certificate.
Tripura government has issued offer to about 1200 test qualified candidates for filling up the posts of graduate teacher. During verification in the department from the universities, it was established that at least 15 B.Ed certificates were fake and as a follow up action government constituted a committee to verify all the degree certificates of the qualified candidates.
