FAIRPRO 2026 in Chennai from Feb 20-22

Chennai, Feb 16 (UNI) CREDAI Chennai today announced that the 18th FAIRPRO 2026, South India’s biggest and most trusted Property Fair, will be held from February 20 to 22.
This year’s edition promises to be bigger and more comprehensive, offering homebuyers a one-stop destination to explore residential, commercial, and plotted developments across Chennai and its emerging corridors.
Popular actor Keerthy Suresh is associated as the Brand Ambassador for FAIRPRO 2026, adding further appeal and visibility to the event.
FAIRPRO 2026 will bring together 80 leading developers under one roof and it is expected to attract a footfall of more than 50,000 visitors over the three days.
In addition, 15 industry partners will be present, strengthening the overall ecosystem around the event. State Bank of India (SBI) will
be the Title Sponsor and Exclusive Banking Partner for this edition, offering home loan options and on-the-spot assistance to visitors. Apollo Hospitals joins as the Medical Partner, ensuring health and emergency support services throughout the event.
