Fadnavis directs home department to bring situation under control

Kolhapur, June 7 (UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday directed the home department to control the situation in Kolhapur, which arose after some organisations called a bandh.
Sunil Phulari, the special inspector general of police, said the situation was under control.
On the other side, district guardian minister Deepak Kesarkar, who was reviewing the situation, said six persons have been arrested for storing objectionable statements on their respective mobiles.
