Faculty Development Programme to be held in Puducherry

Puducherry, Dec 9 (UNI) Director, School Education, Government of Puducherry, Mr P T Rudra Goud on Monday inaugurated the thematic 5 Day Faculty Development Programme on ‘Capacity Building and Research Skills’ exclusively meant for Teacher Educators hailing from Teacher Education Colleges spread over the entire Puducherry at the Pondicherry University.
According to a release from the University, this event was organised by the School of Education, Pondicherry University under the ambit of ‘Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching’ (PMMMNMTT) Scheme promoted by the Ministry of Human Resources Development,Government of India. This Programme is the third in the series organised by the School of Education.
Speaking at the function, Mr Goud highlighted the nuances of Capacity Building and Research Skills and advised the faculty members assembled to draw the best out of the 5 Day Event.
