Shimla, Jan 7 (UNI) In an initiative to benefit people of 34 panchayats, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Monday made an announcement for establishment of a welfare office at Balichowki in Seraj Assembly constituency of Mandi district.
Making this announcement while addressing a public meeting at Balichowki, after laying foundation stone of "Balichowki and multi village group water supply scheme" for Seraj block under BRICS to be completed at a cost of Rs 41.37 crores.
Jai Ram Thakur formally inaugurated Block Development Officer (BDO) office, Balichowki on the occasion.
