EY GDS inaugurates new facility at Cyber Green Kochi

Kochi, Jan 11 (UNI) EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) has announced the opening of its latest office at Prestige Cyber Green in Kochi, Kerala.
This move represents a significant expansion of EY GDS's operations within the region and underscores its commitment to harnessing the rich talent pool and innovative spirit of Kerala.
The new office, which is the fourth EY GDS facility in Kochi, solidifies the city's role as a central hub for the organization's future growth.
The inauguration event, hosted at Prestige Cyber Green, was graced by a host of dignitaries which included P Rajeev, Minister for Industries, Law and Coir in Kerala; and Ajay Anand, Global Vice Chair of EY GDS, among others.
Minister P Rajeev delivered the inaugural address, which was followed by a panel discussion on "Leveraging Kerala for GCC’s Growth and Scale" and a session dedicated to EY GDS's corporate responsibility initiatives in Kerala.
Ajay Anand, Global Vice Chair of EY Global Delivery Services, said "This strategic expansion is aimed at fostering innovation, creating new opportunities, and propelling sustainable growth."
P Rajeev, Kerala Industries Minister, stated, “The presence of EY GDS here will drive job creation, foster skill development, and contribute significantly to the state’s digital transformation journey."
Featuring world-class amenities and contemporary facilities, the new office not only augments the company's infrastructure but also presents enhanced career prospects for its professionals, ensuring that Kochi remains instrumental in EY GDS's international success.
Since the inception of EY GDS in 2002, Kerala has been a focal point for the company, playing a significant role in its growth strategy. Presently, the company employs over 10,000 individuals in the state, with more than 7,000 based in Kochi and approximately 3,000 in Thiruvananthapuram. EY GDS intends to double this figure in the next four to five years.
