Excise officer’s premises raided

Bhopal, Oct 15 (UNI) Numerous crucial documents were appropriated on Tuesday during simultaneous searches that commenced on six premises of an Excise Department assistant commissioner posted in Indore, Lokayukta sources said.
AK Khare’s dwelling by the local Jatkhedi Road, a flat in Indore, his office, ancestral abode in Chhatarpur and two places in Raisen were raided in connection with possession of assets disproportionate to known sources of income. Most of the property is in his spouse’s name.
