Ex-US Speaker Pelosi welcomed by Tibetans at Kangra Airport

Kangra (HP), June 18 ( UNI) Former US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi arrived at Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra airport Tuesday afternoon to meet Tibetan Spiritual Leader the Dalai Lama in McLeodganj near Dharamshala.
Pelosi is part of a high-level six-member US delegation that arrived in India to meet the 88-year-old Tibetan Spiritual Head ahead of his planned trip to the US to undergo medical treatment for his knees.
