Ex member of 'Vyapar Prakosth' demands to create new wing for businessmen

Pune, Oct 14 (UNI) Former national working committee member of 'Vyapar Prakosth', Pravin Oswal, on Monday wrote a letter to BJP national president and Union Home Minister Amit Shah as well as party leader J P Laddha demanding to form an organisation or platform for the members of business community, like the one for farmers, to address their grievances.
Addressing a news conference here, he said that many members of business community are supporters of BJP but unfortunately, there is not any special platform or organisation to resolve their problems since abolition of 'Vyapar Prakosth' by BJP five years ago.
Mr Oswal further said that there are so many organisations like 'Kisan Morcha' for farmers and several others, but there is no such platform for businessmen or traders.
Hence, the need of the hour is to revive a front on the lines of erstwhile 'Vyapar Prakosth' to tackle the problems of community, he added.
Mr Oswal has sent a copy of the letter to state Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, requesting him to pursue the matter with the central committee of BJP in interest of the businessmen.
