Ex-BCCI prez accuses HP CM of political gimmick

Shimla, Jan 27 (UNI) Former BCCI president and BJP MP Anurag Thakur today accused Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh of indulging in political gimmick at the cost of development and people of the state.
In a statement here, Mr Thakur lashed out at the six-time Chief Minister charging him with making hallow announcements cheerily misleading people in the name of development.
Attributing BJP for standing stronger for development and providing its benefit to people of the state, he said it had scripted the history and growth of the state under various regimes as a testimony of unprecedented growth.
