EOU raid at five places of Additional collector Anil Kumar Sinha

Patna, Dec 09 ( UNI) The Economic Offence Unit ( EOU) conducted a raid simultaneously at five different places belonging to the additional collector disaster management of Darbhanga Anil Kumar Sinha, the then district transport officer of Aurangabad under a drive against the corrupt public servants.

EOU sources said here today that a case was registered against the said officer at EOU police station for his indulgence in illegal sand mining as well as some other illegal practices. After procuring a search warrant from the special Court the raid was being conducted at the residence of the said officer in magistrate Colony of Gola Road in Patna, his native house in Ratanpur under muffasil police station area of Ara district as well as at his residence and office in Darbhanga.
