Electric Scooters maker Okinawa opens showroom in Pune

Pune, Mar 12 (UNI) Okinawa Scooters, a leading manufacturer of electric two-wheelers, on Tuesday
inaugurated it's association with a showroom, located at Tamhane Chowk on Aundh-Baner Link Road here.
The showroom, Gr Greenlife EV Motors, was inaugurated by former MLA Vinayak Nimhan, in the presence of Anant Kalkute, principal retailer of Gr Greenlife Motors.
Okinawa already has five dealerships here and this showroom will add to the brand's reach and strengthen it's potential consumers base across the suburban areas nearby Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra, a company statement said here.
Speaking about the launch, Okinawa Scooters Managing Director Jeetender Sharma said "The association furthers our vision to join hands with retailers across Maharashtra and other regions, to develop a strong on-ground presence of our brand.
"The showroom is located ideally, guaranteeing higher visibility, which hopefully will translate to genuine transaction and more sales," he added.
Dealership Owner Anant Kalkute said "Okinawa scooters have become popular in Mumbai already and we hope to emulate the same success with the brand in our region."
