Eighth India-Bangladesh joint military exercise from March 2

Dhaka, Feb 28 (UNI) The eighth edition of the 13-day India-Bangladesh military exercise would begin from March 2 and aimed at strengthening and broadening the aspects of interoperability and cooperation betweenthe two countries and enrich from each other’s experience while carrying out counter insurgency or counter terrorism operations.
Indian Army contingent comprising 170 personnel will participate in the joint training exercise ‘SAMPRITI-8’ in Bangladesh from March 2 to 15.
The Indian Army contingent will arrive at Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport on March 1 in Indian Air Force special aircraft IL-76. HCI dhaka, a press statement said here on Thursday.
