EG SP Adnan distributes Rs 13 lakh worth gadgets to traffic police for effective policing

Kakinada, Apr 17 (UNI) East Godavari Superintendent of Police (SP)Adnan Nayeem Asmi has distributed electronic gadgets and other equipment to the Traffic police and also the urban police stations for effective policing at a special function held at the district police office here on Saturday.
The expenditure was borne from the Rs.13.21 lakhs users charges received from the DGPs office towards the E-challans collected by the district police in connection with the regulation of the vehicular traffic. While thanking the DGP for the allocation of funds , SP Adnan said the gadgets purchased utilizing these funds would help the police in effective policing and traffic regulation.
Among the equipment distributed to the Traffic police include 300 rain coats,30 vehicle wheel clamps,150 traffic signal batons,150 Fluorescent jackets,120 traffic helmets,10 swiping machines,10 e-challan Bluetooth printers, one LCD projector, one video camera and fifty traffic stoppers.
