EDMC files FIR against officials of MCD sanitation staff union

New Delhi, Sep 18 (UNI) Labour Welfare Department of EDMC has filed an FIR against the office bearer of MCD Swachhta Karamchari Union.
As per the complaint files by EDMC, MCD Swachhta Karamchari Union president Sanjay Gehlot has threatened the EDMC officials on September 12, while addressing the protestors in front of CM's house and said if EDMC Sanitary Inspector, Assistant Sanitary Inspector, or Sanitation Guide has tried to force the workers to resume work, they will make them blind.
Labour Welfare Department also received a complaint from Mukesh Kumar Vaid, president All Municipal Corporations Sanitations Supervisors Union that the office bearer of MCD Swachhta Karamchari Union threaten them on September 14 at Surajmal Vihar.
