ED raids Bengal minister, CA properties in job scam, bank fraud cases

Kolkata, Oct 10 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) today launched massive search operations in multi-locations across the city and in South Dum Dum in alleged job scams in a civic body and cheating bank loans of several hundred crore of rupees by a jewelry shop.
According to the sources, the ED officials, aided by the paramilitary forces, began searching properties of West Bengal Fire Department minister Sujit Bose's office at Salt Lake BC Block and a restaurant on VIP Road.
The ED officials before beginning the search operation ordered the paramilitary forces to confiscated the mobile phones of private security guards at the minister's office at Salt Lake.

NALCO reports 35 pc jump in Q2 net profit to Rs 1,433 cr
