ED attaches assets worth Rs 4.75  Cr  in a corruption case

New Delhi, Jul 8 (UNI) Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has provisionally attached immovable assets worth Rs 4.75 crore under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) of Mahesh Chand Sharma and his family members and relatives in corruption case, an official statement said here on Monday.
The attached properties include agricultural land worth Rs 1.69 crore at Sanganer and Dudu Tehsil of Jaipur and 10 plot and flat at various locations in Jaipur.
The central financial probe agency move comes after the registration of FIR and later charge sheet filed by the by Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB), Jaipur against Mahesh Chand Sharma and others.
