New Delhi, Jan 18 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday said it has attached immovable properties worth Rs 1.44 crore belonging to proprietor of Jaipur based Eurro Export Anil Gadodia, Rameshwar Sharma and other accused in red sanders smuggling case under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Officials in the agency further informed that the attached assets consist of three immovable properties in the form of office premises located in Jaipur, Delhi and a flat in Mohali.
“Further, cash amounting to Rs 4.2 lacs recovered and seized by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) from other co-accused Yodying, permanent resident of Thailand has also been attached,” a senior official in the agency said.
