Hyderabad, Nov 22 (UNI) Chief Election Commissioner OPRawat accompanied by election commissioners Ashok Lavasa and Sunil Arora arrived here on Thursday evening to review poll preparedness for the December seven Assembly election in Telangana.
They will hold a meeting with state Chief Electoral Officer Rajat Kumar and Director General of Police Mahender Reddy at a star hotel later this evening and review the arrangements being made for the ensuing election .
The EC team, during its first visit after the poll schedule was announced, will also hold talks with representatives of various political parties.
On Friday,the EC team will discuss the poll preparedness and other poll related issues with all district election officials and Superintendents of Police.
