States » North » DIEPosted at: May 20 2019 8:12PM EC orders re-poll at one polling booth in Punjab, to be held on May 22Chandigarh, May 20 (UNI) The Election Commission of India on Monday ordered re-poll at one polling booth of the Amritsar parliamentary constituency, to be held on May 22.Punjab Chief Electoral Officer Dr S Karuna Raju said that as per ECI order Polling Booth No 123 of Rajasansi assembly constituency, a part of the Amritsar Lok Sabha seat, would undergo a re-poll.He said that the concerned Returning Officer and Observer have been instructed to act accordingly.
