Dozens of far-flung, remote villages remain cut off in north Kashmir

Srinagar, Nov 14 (UNI) Dozens of roads, connecting far-flung and remote areas, including those near the Line of Control (LoC) remained closed for the second day on Wednesday due to fresh snowfall.
The road to border town of Karnah was so far through despite snowfall on Wednesday, official sources said.
They said dozens of far-flung and remote villages near the LoC, including border town of Keran and Machil, remained cut-off for the second day today from their respective district headquarters due to fresh snowfall and slippery road conditions in the frontier district of Kupwara in north Kashmir.
