Dozens missing as ship sinks in South China Sea

Canberra, July 2 (UNI) Over two dozen crew members went missing from a ship that snapped in half after it was hit by a tropical storm in the South China Sea on Saturday.
According to Sky News, the workers were forced to abandon the industrial vessel which sank after Typhoon Chaba unleashed perilous conditions in the South China Sea, hampering rescue efforts.
An aerial footage showed people being taken by the emergency crews via helicopter. At least three of the 30 crew members were brought to safety by around 5:30 pm (local time).
