Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jun 7 (UNI) NCP supremo Sharad Pawar on Wednesday said "useless issues" like love jihad should not be given much importance."If someone showed Aurangzeb's photo in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, then what is the point of protesting against it in Pune," Pawar said, addressing a media conference here.Pawar said It is the government's job to maintain religious harmony. "But today the government itself is inciting people to increase religious tension," he alleged.He said incidents which spark religious tension are repeatedly happening in the state including at Sangamner and now in Kolhapur. The state government is the motivator of such incidents, he alleged.The veteran leader also said that incidents of attacks on churches have been reported in Odisha and other states in the country.
