"Does the Opposition (Congress) mean to suggest that Kashmir did not deserve the attention that it is getting," Mr Goyal told reporters at the Jammu airport here, before dashing off to the national capital, after attending an event at Akhnoor, as part of the outreach programme, post Abrogation of Article 370 and creation of the Union Territories oif Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
"Is the Opposition unhappy that we are taking development to every remote corner of Jammu and Kashmir, Kargil and Ladakh," said the Minister, adding that some section of political establishments don't want to see development reaching to every corner of J&K, just like in the North East.
