Doctors for starting OPD facilities in government hospitals

Patna, Mar 31 (UNI) Doctors have demanded for starting OPD facilities as its suspension in government hospitals after outbreak of Corona pandemic has caused difficulties to pregnant women, paediatric patients and those who need immunisation.
General Secretary of Indian Doctors for Peace and Development and senior consultant physician Dr Shakeel said here today that OPD facilities had been stopped in government hospitals after Corona pandemic which caused a lot of difficulties to large number of patients who need medical care.
Pregnant women, NCD patients, paediatric patients and immunisation services needed regular consultation and they should not be denied medical care, he added.

All 15 candidates for two LS seats clear scrutiny

Itanagar, Mar 28 (UNI) Altogether, 168 nominations filed for the upcoming Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections were found to be valid after scrutiny of papers on Thursday, while the process of scrutinising nominations against Itanagar and Daporijo constituencies has been adjourned till Friday, the results of which would be out by 11 a.m., an election official said.
