Distt administration indifferent on sensitive issues: BJP legislator

Tikamgarh, MP, Jun 23 (UNI) Tikamgarh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader K K Srivastava today charged the district administration with being indifferent on sensitive issues thereby causing distress to public.
“The district administration is functioning in an arbitrary fashion causing suffering to public. Consequently, people’s representatives are forced to bear the brunt of their apathy while Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has flung himself into making the state developed through public welfare-oriented schemes,” Mr Srivastava told media here.
He pointed out that entire Bundelkhand region, including Tikamgarh, has been in the grip of drought. Farmers have been arranging for seeds in view of reports about good monsoons this time. However, the district administration’s agriculture department and the Seeds Corporation were adopting a casual attitude.
