Dismiss Cong-DMK government in Pondy as it failed to present full budget : Anbazhagan

Puducherry, Jul 15 (UNI) AIADMK legislature party leader A Anbazhagan on Wednesday urged the Union government to dismiss the Congress-DMK government in the Union Territory and place the Assembly under suspended animation as it had failed to present the budget or a vote on account even after validity of the previous vote-on-account budget has lapsed 15 days ago.
In a statement here, Mr Anbazhagan said when the validity of vote-on-account passed in the Assembly in March and ended on June 30, the government instead of passing another vote-on- account budget is playing politics without considering the administrative welfare to bring bad name on the Central government.
However, it is an unwarranted act on the part of the central government denying due approval for the budget proposal, he said.
