Sahebganj, Jul 3 (UNI) Another braveheart from Jharkhand, CRPF jawan Kuldeep Oraon, made the supreme sacrifice for the country while battling terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir.
In an encounter in Malbag area of Srinagar between security forces and terrorists, CRPF jawan Kuldeep Oraon was martyred Thursday night. Ghanshyam Oraon, the father of the martyr, he had been informed about his son's martyrdom by CRPF commandent.Kuldeep Oraon was a head constable in 118th battalion of the CRPF. Ghanshyam Oraon is also a retired CRPF personnel while his wife is a police constable in Kolkata Police.
Martyr Kuldeep has two young children who live with their mother in Kolkata and his father and brother live in Sahebganj. Having served in the CRPF all his life, Ghanshyam Oraon said he was proud of his son's supreme sacrifice, but it was high time that the government found a permanent solution to end terrorism.Chief Minister Hemant Soren has paid his respects to Kuldeep Oraon. "The entire nation was proud of martyrdom of Kuldeep Oraon," Soren said in his statement."My heart goes out to the bereaved family. I pray to the almighty for the peace of the departed soul," he added in his message.
