Differences in Cong on tie up with AAP in Delhi, Sheila holds meeting with party leaders on issue

New Delhi, Mar 19 (UNI) Differences continue within the Congress on a tie up with the Aam Aadmi party in Delhi with senior party leaders from Delhi, including AICC general secretary incharge for Delhi P C Chacko, pitching for an alliance with AAP to defeat the BJP even as Delhi unit chief Sheila Dikshit continued to express her opposition to the alliance..
Sources said four former Delhi Congress presidents Tajdar babbar, Subhash chopra, Arvinder Singh lovely and Ajay maken have written to party president Rahul Gandhi , favouring a tie up with the AAP in Delhi to defeat the BJP. Sources said that AICC incharge for Delhi P C Chacko has also pitched for an allaince with AAP imn Delhi.
In sharp contrast, Delhi Congress president Sheila Dikshit has warned against a tie up with the AAP. Sources said, Ms Dikshit held a meeting of three state working presidents Devender Yadav, Haroon Yusuf and Rajesh Lilothia, at her residence.
