Chennai, Aug 7 (UNI) Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV)
today forayed into the used Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment with
the launch of ‘BharatBenz Exchange’ programme to supplement its
existing new vehicle sales model.
By leveraging its growing customer base and nation-wide dealer
network, BharatBenz Exchange will supplement its existing new
vehicle sales model by offering an exchange platform where
customers could exchange their used vehicles of any brand for
a new or used BharatBenz vehicles.
DICV Managing Director and CEO Satyakam Arya, in a virtual
media conference said, 'as the number of BharatBenz owners
rapidly increase, we feel it is the right time to tap the massive
potential presented by the used CV segment.'
'We look forward to delivering BharatBenz’s superior quality,
service and TCO to an even larger customer base” , he added.
BharatBenz Exchange will provide buyers with a carefully picked
pool of used trucks that have undergone thorough quality checks,
made available via its nation-wide dealership network.

no longer have to haggle over the right price or worry about
incomplete paperwork. Our trained experts will ensure that both
parties have the best customer experience", he said and added
