New Delhi, Oct 16 (UNI) Former Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni on Wednesday shared his mantra of being 'cool' on the field, saying that he controls his emotions, better than any other individual.
Speaking at the launch of Mastercard's 'Team Cashless India,' he said, "Like any any other individual, even I get frustrated and angry at times, when things go awry. But then, I pay all my attention on the process, while overcoming the negative emotions.
'Whatever the format be, I focus more on the process, depending on the situation. For instance, in Test cricket, you get more time to chalk out the strategy, whereas time constraint is a challenge in one-day cricket, but T20 leaves with very very little time to think and plan. Everything happens very quickly. So, the demands of all three the formats differ," the 38-year-old added.
