Dharamsot exhorts NGOs to come forward for environmental conservation

Chandigarh, July 17 (UNI) Punjab Forest Minister Sadhu Singh Dharamsot has urged all the social organisations working in the state to come forward for saving the environment.
He said that all enthusiast and willing organisations will be roped into work in tandem for plantation and conservation drive under 'Mission Tandarust Punjab.'
After releasing flex board and banner of GO Green International Organisation, which celebrates last Sunday of July every year as 'My International Tree Day', Mr Dharamsot appealed all the district forest officials to celebrate 'My Tree Day' at district level on July 29.
