DGP rewards 78 police personnel of different Kashmir districts for excellent drill

Srinagar, Sep 26 (UNI) J&K Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh on Wednesday rewarded 78 personnel from different districts of the valley for exhibiting excellent weapon drill and turn out while presenting guard of honour to the police chief.
A police spokesperson said that the DGP sanctioned Rs 1000 in favour of 79 policemen of Sopore, Baramulla, Handwara, Shopian, Pulwama, Anantnag and Awantipora districts.
“The reward was sanctioned in favour of these personnel for exhibiting excellent weapon drill and turn out while presenting guard of honour to the DGP during his visit to these districts,” he said.
