Demarcate areas where illegal slaughtering taking place, take action: UP DGP to Officers

Lucknow, May 14 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government has issued an advisory to demarcate suspected areas where illegal slaughtering is taking place and declare them as 'hotspots' as done for coronavirus cases.
It also mentioned to book the accused under stringent Gangster Act or National Security Act (NSA).
As per an advisory issued on Thursday, Director General of Police H C Awasthi has asked all the district police chiefs to identify those places where frequent reports of illegal slaughtering have been reported and declared them as 'hot spot'.
