Pune, Mar 22 (UNI) Tribeca, the developers of Trump Towers in India, has successfully sold out the units in Tower A of its new project in Pune, The Ark - Voyage to the Stars.
Due to the staggering demand from customers, Tribeca is now set to increase the prices of units in Towers B and C from April 1.
The company has launched a 360-degree campaign spread across print, digital, radio outdoor in Pune and across several other regions in Maharashtra, including Mumbai, for this project.
Tribeca's maiden venture in the Pune market has received an exceptional response from media and customers alike not only for its marvellous engineering and a global touch to the project but also for the speed at which construction is progressing.
Mr. Kalpesh Mehta, Founder, Tribeca said, “We have had an overwhelming response in such a short span of time and all our ready-to-move-in inventory is already sold. Now that we have completed this initial phase, we earnestly look forward to serving this masterpiece to more customers with a rise in prices from April 1st. The pace of construction has really picked up over the last couple of months and we remain on track to achieve our timelines.”
The most sought-after and one of the opulent projects in Pune market, The Ark – Voyage to the Stars has five towers connected by a 2.5-acre rooftop terrace - the largest in India. It sets a benchmark of global expertise in design, space innovation, architecture and services. The project offers only 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with a pricing upwards of Rs 2 crores.
