New Delhi, Jan 27 (UNI) A day after heavy rains lashed the city, Delhiites today woke up to another cloudy morning. The minimum temperature plummeted from yesterday's 16 degrees Celsius to 13.4 degrees C. According to weather office, there is possibility of light drizzle in the city. Over the last 24 hours the city received 30.3 mm rainfall. The weather official said that the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 20 degrees Celsius. UNI DS SHS ADG 1141
